Hardware Services

We do not provide any returns or refunds for hardware services, including but not limited to PC, Laptops, HDDs,SSDs, RAMs, CPUs, Graphic Cards, Printers, Routers, Peripherals, etc. If you experience issues with any hardware product, you can contact us regarding repair and warranty etc, which wil be provided based on the availability and according to the manufracture's terms and conditions

Software & Services

If we provide a service, such as website design, application development, or software development, we offer a refund only if the client stops the work before the final demo which will be processed within 3 working days from our end. Once the final demo is completed and a minimum of 75% of the work has been done, no chargeback or refund is possible, and the client must pay the full amount of the invoice.

Legal Matters

All legal matters related to our products and services are subject to the jurisdiction of the Lucknow Court.

Online Sales & Payments

Please note that we do not conduct sales online, and we do not accept payments through our website. If you wish to purchase a product or service from us, please contact us directly to arrange payment.

Damaged Hardware

Please be aware that if any hardware products(including but not limited to PC, Laptops, HDDs,SSDs, RAMs, CPUs, Graphic Cards, Printers, Routers, Peripherals, etc.) are damaged due to mishandling, physical damage,or Power malfunction no warranty or disk damage protection will be applicable.
